Duties

  • Review and approve HVAC-related work performed by technicians to ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards.
  • Conduct post-service inspections and quality assurance checks on repairs, installations, and maintenance for systems including AC units, furnaces, thermostats, and ductwork.
  • Mentor technicians on best practices, safety protocols, and efficient diagnostics using genuine parts for optimal performance.
  • Monitor team performance metrics, provide feedback, and document compliance records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with management to schedule jobs, allocate resources, and resolve escalated customer issues remotely or on-site as needed.
  • Ensure all work adheres to EPA certifications and licensing requirements for seamless operations.

Skills

  • Valid Denver Heating and Ventilating Class A Supervisor Certificate (or equivalent master-level HVAC license) with EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or lead experience in HVAC services, including oversight of team operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of local building codes, HVAC diagnostics, and installation standards.
  • Strong organizational skills for remote monitoring and documentation.
  • Background in commercial HVAC systems or high-end residential projects.
  • Familiarity with major brands like Carrier, Trane, or Lennox, and tools for system efficiency testing.
