Hi-End Fridge Repair Promo: Terms and Conditions
Terms effective July 2, 2026 (US Mountain Time).
The Hi-End Fridge Repair Promo is offered by Wilson and Myers Appliances Experts Ltd, a Colorado limited liability company, doing business as Wilson & Myers (the “Company”). These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the promotion. By requesting or accepting the discount, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Offer
The promotion provides a fifty dollar ($50) discount off the labor portion of a Qualifying Repair, as defined in Section 2. The discount applies to labor charges only. It does not reduce parts, diagnostic fees, service call fees, or taxes.
As stated in our advertising, the discount is not applicable to diagnostics and does not stack with other promotions. Sections 6 and 7 explain these limits in detail.
2. Qualifying Repair Amount
The discount applies only to a Qualifying Repair. A Qualifying Repair is a repair where the total repair charges on a single invoice equal $950 or more. Total repair charges means labor and parts combined, before taxes. Diagnostic fees, service call fees, and trip fees do not count toward the $950 threshold.
The threshold is measured per single invoice for a single repair order. A repair may not be split across multiple invoices to reach or avoid the threshold. The Company may treat related invoices for the same repair as one invoice for this purpose.
3. Eligible Appliances and Brands
The promotion applies only to residential refrigeration equipment of luxury and built-in brands. Eligible appliance types are refrigerators, freezers, and wine storage units.
Eligible brands include Sub-Zero, Thermador, Viking, JennAir, Miele, Gaggenau, La Cornue, True, EuroCave, and similar luxury built-in brands. Other luxury brands may qualify at the Company’s reasonable determination. Standard, non-luxury brands do not qualify.
4. How to Claim the Discount
You must mention the promotion when booking your repair, or show the promotional banner or offer to the technician before work begins and before the invoice is issued.
The discount cannot be applied retroactively. It is not available for completed repairs or for jobs that have already been invoiced.
5. One Discount Limit
Limit one (1) discount per household or service address during the promotion period. Limit one (1) discount per invoice. Repeat claims on the same repair order, invoice, household, or service address will be declined.
6. No Stacking
The discount cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, promotion, negotiated price, or special offer, unless the Company expressly permits the combination in writing.
7. Exclusions
The discount does not apply to:
- Diagnostic fees, service call fees, or trip fees.
- Parts-only transactions.
- Maintenance or cleaning services.
- Warranty work, including manufacturer warranty repairs and repairs covered by the Company’s own workmanship warranty.
- Repairs paid through an insurance claim.
- Commercial or business clients. The promotion is available to residential customers only.
8. No Cash Value
The discount has no cash value. It is non-transferable and not for resale. It cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or a refund.
9. Promotion Period and Changes
The promotion is effective July 2, 2026 (US Mountain Time) and continues until the Company modifies or terminates it. The Company may modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Changes apply prospectively only. Jobs already booked with the discount will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of booking.
10. Geographic Scope
The promotion is available only within the Company’s Denver Metro Area service territory. Repairs at addresses outside the service territory are not eligible.
11. Advertising Errors
The Company is not responsible for typographical or printing errors in any advertising, banner, or promotional material. If any advertising conflicts with these Terms, this page controls.
12. Fraud and Abuse
The Company reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or reclaim the discount in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or manipulation of the promotion or these Terms.
13. Company Determination
The Company’s reasonable determination on eligibility and on the interpretation of these Terms is final.
