How an Installation Call Works

Tell us the appliance and the address when you book, and we will confirm a two-hour arrival window. The technician checks the connection, levels and secures the unit, tests it under load and takes the packaging away. For a gas range or a hard-plumbed line, the connection gets leak-checked before we leave.

Send the model number and the opening dimensions, including depth, and say whether the old panel is being reused. A professional range there also needs its gas connection, anti-tip bracket and the hood above it confirmed together.

Sundance Hills has larger houses, many of them renovated, so the opening may be newer than the house around it. In Sundance Valley, Huntington Acres and Orchard Hills, a replacement often exposes the original shutoff valve and supply line behind the refrigerator or dishwasher. We replace a valve that will not close cleanly before connecting anything new.

Cottonwood Grove, annexed in 1998, mixes townhomes and single-family houses at eight to twelve homes per acre, and part of it is gated. Townhome laundry closets are often sized for one specific stacked pair, so a side-by-side set may not fit where the old one did. Give us the gate details and the closet dimensions before the delivery is booked.

The Landmark condominium towers, finished in 2008 near Quebec Street and Orchard Road, and One Cherry Lane in the I-25 corridor bring building and HOA rules into the job.
