The attached pockets need their own plan. At Saddlebrooke, Summit at Rock Creek, The Ridge and the Bell Flatirons apartments, laundry may sit in a closet or a stacked pair. Depth, door clearance and a short vent run decide which machine fits there. Stairs, shared halls and parking matter for delivery, so tell us the floor and the access when you book.
Downtown Superior, built from 2014 on, adds newer apartments and townhomes with current openings. Where laundry sits in a closet there, we confirm the model’s depth and the vent connection before it ships. A unit that sits two inches proud keeps the closet door from closing. In an apartment building, ask the manager about delivery hours and elevator use before the day.
The younger single-family streets are at a different stage. Coal Creek Crossing, platted in 2012, and the 2016 phase of Calmante are reaching the first replacement of builder-grade appliances. The shutoff valve and supply line behind those machines are the originals, and they are worth replacing while the old unit is out.
Rogers Farm, platted in 2020, is still on its first machines. An install there is more often an addition, such as a garage refrigerator or an under-counter wine cooler. The question then is whether a circuit and a water line already sit where you want the unit.
