Our insured technicians repair Lincoln Impinger ovens, DCTI and Aperion included, in restaurants and commercial kitchens across the Denver Metro Area. Once Lincoln's warranty ends, a stopped belt, no heat or a display message is ours to diagnose and repair.
If your conveyor oven’s badge reads Lincoln, it is most likely an Impinger, an Aperion or a DCTI, and each can be repaired. Series, message and warranty decide the job. Past that warranty, our insured technicians handle Lincoln Impinger oven repair across Denver Metro, with parts sourced through national supplier networks and manufacturer contracts.
Each of these looks like a fault, yet Lincoln’s manuals describe it as designed behavior. Each item says when it stops being normal, and that call is ours.
Every Lincoln commercial pizza oven carries a model number, usually on its data plate. Since 1624, 3240 and 3255 each name two different ovens, read the series name too.
An older Lincoln CTI pizza oven or 1300 Series countertop is ours too, parts permitting. For a Middleby Marshall badge, see Middleby Marshall conveyor ovens. Find your series below; we repair all seven.
| Series | Belt | Controls | Fuel |
|---|---|---|---|
| DCTI 2500 countertop | 16-inch | Digital | Electric or ventless |
| Aperion 24 | 16 to 28-inch | easyTouch | Gas, electric or ventless |
| Aperion XL One | 32-inch | easyTouch | Gas |
| Impinger II Express 1100 | 18-inch | easyTouch | Gas, electric or ventless |
| Impinger I 1400 | 32-inch | Push-button | Gas or electric |
| Impinger Low Profile 1600 | 32-inch | Digital, two probes | Gas or electric |
| 3240 Series (Impinger) | 32-inch | Push-button | Gas or electric |
Lincoln conveyor ovens report faults in words, not E-numbers. Each control has its own set, so read the message beside your series.
A loose thermocouple shows a different message on each control. A Lincoln 1600 pizza oven’s two probes report RP FAIL or LP FAIL by side. Lincoln’s DCTI manuals list no messages. On a DCTI, tell us the symptom when you book.
For Lincoln pizza oven troubleshooting, find your message below. The last column splits what you can try from where our repair starts.

| Message | Meaning | Who does what |
|---|---|---|
| Open Probe | Current 1400 and 3240: no chamber temperature signal | Ours: thermocouple and connection |
| PROBE FAIL | 1450 Advantage and 3255: thermocouple failed or loose | Ours: thermocouple (about 11 ohms disconnected), then the control |
| BELT JAM | Motor stopped, or no speed signal | Yours: breaker and fuses. Ours: motor, capacitor, Hall sensor |
| Message | Meaning | Who does what |
|---|---|---|
| RP FAIL | Right thermocouple signal lost | Ours: right thermocouple and connection |
| LP FAIL | Left thermocouple signal lost | Ours: left thermocouple and connection |
| BELT JAM | Conveyor motor failure | Yours: breaker and fuses. Ours: motor and capacitor |
| Message | Meaning | Who does what |
|---|---|---|
| Thermocouple #1 Error | Thermocouple disconnected | Ours: connection at the IO board, then wiring |
| IO Software Inapplicable | Wrong IO software | Yours: unplug 30 seconds to reboot. Ours: if it returns |
| Message | Meaning | Who does what |
|---|---|---|
| TC#1 Error or TC#2 Error | A thermocouple disconnected or damaged | Ours: both IO board connections; each thermocouple reads 7 to 14 ohms |
| Thermal Error | High limit or rear breaker tripped, or gas combustion blower failed | Yours: after a cool-down that can pass an hour, reset the rear high limit or breaker once. Ours: a repeat |
| Upper Blower OC: 0x02 (Warning) | Blower overloaded; the drive slows it on purpose | Yours: door closed, fingers seated, restart. Ours: if it returns |
On full-size push-button models, a Hall-effect sensor proves the belt motor is turning. If it stops, BELT JAM shows. Lincoln wants a weekly drive chain check for about 1/2 inch of sag; a loose chain damages the motor. A torn belt or worn shaft bearings also stop it.
Past those checks, a stopped belt is ours: we diagnose the motor, sensor or control and source the Lincoln pizza oven parts.
A gas oven that will not heat may simply be locked out. On hot surface ignition models, the reset is power off for 45 seconds, then on.
On the gas 1400, 1600 and 3240, the ignition circuit waits for a speed switch on the main fan motor. A slow fan means no flame.
If a reset fails, the igniter, burner blower, main fan or ignition control is our work.
Before you book, I usually suggest the checks Lincoln’s manuals list first: breaker, manual gas valve and fuses. On a DCTI or Aperion 24, you may reset a tripped high limit once, after a cool-down that can pass an hour. A second trip means a service call.
So does a message that keeps coming back. Unless Lincoln’s warranty still covers the oven, that job is part of our commercial appliance repair work. Our insured technicians source parts through national supplier networks and manufacturer contracts.
Have the model number from the data plate, the serial number and the exact message ready, then book the repair online.
A housing, a jet plate and a cover make up each finger, and their holes must line up. Most models number them by slot. On FastBake ovens, a finger back in the wrong slot hurts the bake, while the XL One’s fingers are interchangeable.
Lincoln has you strip and clean them weekly, then return each to its slot. Its manuals call periodic preventive maintenance essential and tell owners to plan it with Lincoln’s own service network. After the warranty, book preventive maintenance with us.
Pizzas still baking unevenly with every finger in place? We trace the cause.
Lincoln’s current published terms run from the original purchase date and cover the original buyer only. Cover needs installation within 18 months of manufacture. Older ovens were sold on shorter terms, and Lincoln’s manuals note terms may vary by agreement at purchase. A used oven has no Lincoln cover, so its repair is ours.
Inside the term, warranty repair goes through the dealer or the Lincoln servicer named on the oven. A new 1100, 1400, 1600, 3240 or Aperion needs a start-up checkout by Lincoln’s own network before first use. Run it earlier and the warranty does not apply.
Bring the purchase date when you book; we will check the term with you.

Which Lincoln models do you repair in the Denver Metro Area?
All seven current series, DCTI and Aperion included, once Lincoln’s warranty ends, plus older Lincoln models, parts permitting. We come to kitchens across the Denver Metro Area.
For other makes, see repair for other commercial ovens and the commercial cooking brands we service.
The belt on my Lincoln conveyor pizza oven stopped. What should I check?
Check the breaker and fuses, then the drive chain on a full-size oven. If the belt still will not run, or BELT JAM shows, that repair is ours.
My gas Impinger will not light. What is the reset procedure?
Hot surface ignition models, such as the gas 3240 Series, Low Profile and Aperion 24, lock out without a flame within 6 seconds. Switch the power off for 45 seconds, then on. Pilot-and-spark ovens, such as the 1450 Advantage and older 3255 Impinger, follow another sequence.
If it still will not light, that repair is ours.
My Lincoln oven is still under warranty. Who handles the repair?
The dealer or the servicer Lincoln names on the oven, below the data plate on full-size models; Lincoln’s Find Service page lists others. Once the term ends, the repair is ours.
I am not sure which model I have. Where do I look?
Read the model number on the data plate. On most series, its first two digits give the platform, so a Lincoln Impinger 1132 is an 1100 Series oven. Have that number ready when you book.
What is an Impinger oven?
Impinger is Lincoln’s name for its conveyor ovens. The 1100, 1400, 1600 and 3240 series names carry it, and so do the DCTI and Aperion manuals. A Lincoln Impinger conveyor oven, like any commercial Impinger oven, blows hot air through air fingers onto the belt.
Past Lincoln’s warranty, all seven current series are ours to repair, and older models parts permitting.
What is a ventless Lincoln Impinger oven?
An electric model with a V in its model number. Clean its catalyst with a damp cloth only.
Vented ones sit under a hood, and commercial hood repair is ours too.
Have the model number from the data plate and the exact message ready. Our insured technicians repair out-of-warranty Lincoln ovens, with a 100-day labor warranty on the work.
