Insured Bosch Repair in Denver Metro: Kitchen Appliances

Bosch Kitchen Appliance Repair Across Denver Metro

Wilson & Myers repairs two Bosch machines in Denver Metro kitchens, the dishwasher and the refrigerator. They fail in ways that share almost nothing, and Bosch documents one far more thoroughly than the other. That gap is the quickest way to tell which page you need.

Have the model number ready before you book. On a Bosch it identifies the series, and the series decides what the machine can report.

The Two Machines Do Not Fail the Same Way

Bosch is one badge here, but it is two separate service problems. That is visible in what Bosch itself publishes.

  • Bosch dishwasher

A full published fault table, in three code formats across Bosch’s website, its owner manuals and the display itself.

  • Bosch refrigerator

Three published entries in total. Two are ice and water codes, and the third is a bare catch-all.

Your dishwasher. Bosch splits its own range in half at the 800 Series. CrystalDry, the zeolite drying system, reaches all eighteen 800 Series models and all three Benchmark models. The 500 Series dries with AutoAir or PureDry instead, and everything below it runs PureDry.

So the drying codes that name the zeolite chamber belong to hardware only the 800 Series and Benchmark carry. Bosch publishes no series list per code, so we read that from the hardware instead. Codes, formats and the install cases sit on our Bosch dishwasher repair page.

Your refrigerator. Bosch publishes three refrigeration entries in total, and both numbered ones are ice and water faults. No published Bosch code names a cooling failure, and the third entry says only that the electronics detected a fault. Cooling, the water circuit and the self-test sit on our Bosch refrigerator repair page. Bosch builds exactly one freezer, an 18-inch built-in column, and the ice hardware lives in it. That machine has its own Bosch freezer repair page.

The Series Ladder Is Not the Same on Both Machines

Give us the model number when you book, because a series name alone does not identify the machine. The two ladders genuinely differ.

  • Dishwashers run 100, 300, 500, 800 and Benchmark, across 58 live US models. One of those models sits in a tier Bosch names 100 Plus.
  • Refrigeration runs 100, 500, 800 and Benchmark. Bosch’s current US refrigeration pages name no 300 Series at all.
  • So between these two machines, a 300 Series is a dishwasher. A code you found for one machine will not apply to the other.

Format matters as much as series. Bosch US sells no wine, beverage, under counter, side by side or top freezer refrigeration, so those complaints belong to another brand. What it does sell here is French door, bottom freezer and built-in single door columns.

That last format changes where the ice lives. On the French door and bottom freezer machines the ice maker sits inside the freezer compartment. A Bosch refrigerator column has no ice maker and no water filter at all, and its ice comes from a separate freezer column.

When to Call Wilson & Myers

Two checks come first, and both save calls we have seen booked unnecessarily. Neither needs a tool.

  1. Rule out demo mode on the refrigerator. Bosch’s own symptom line is an appliance that is not cooling while the display and the lighting stay lit. Its manual states the mode stays on even after the refrigerator powers off, so unplugging will not clear it.
  2. Power the dishwasher down and back up once. A code that clears and stays gone was a one time event, and a code that returns is a fault.

The demo mode exit differs by model, and the refrigerator page carries each one. Call us when temperature will not hold after that check, or when a dishwasher code comes back. Call us when there is water anywhere it should not be, because Bosch routes a tripped leak sensor straight to service with no self-help step.

Book online and give us the model number from the door frame or the inner door edge. It tells us the series, the drying system and the install format before we arrive.

What Bosch Publishes, and What It Does Not

A repair page is only as good as its sources, so here is the honest edge of ours.

  • No component failure list for refrigeration. Bosch publishes no failure modes, no failure rates and no service life for these machines.
  • No series list per code. The dishwasher code page is one flat list, with no model or series column anywhere on it.
  • No lifespan figure and no repair cost. Every number circulating for either machine came from somewhere other than Bosch.

A competitor page listing thirty Bosch fridge codes invented them, because Bosch publishes three. We do name the parts we work on, the evaporator fan, the defrost circuit, the thermistor and the damper. Those are our words for our own work, not something Bosch said.

The one durability figure Bosch does publish is about parts rather than machines. Its manuals commit to spare parts for up to fifteen years from the date the appliance was placed on the market. That is the number we use, and it is why we quote no lifespan and no repair cost.

Where Each Bosch Machine Goes in Denver Metro

Two child pages, one per machine, and each carries only what applies to it.

The rest of the brand starts from our Bosch appliance repair page. Cooking sits on our Bosch cooking appliances page, and the washer and dryer on our Bosch laundry appliances page.

We work across the Denver Metro Area, from Denver itself out through Aurora, Lakewood and the suburbs around them. Technicians are insured, and EPA-608 certified where refrigerant is involved.

Every repair carries a 100-day labor warranty, and we source Bosch parts through national supplier networks and manufacturer contracts.

Bosch Kitchen Appliance FAQ

The questions Denver Metro owners ask us most, answered from Bosch’s own documents rather than from the repair forums.

Which Bosch kitchen appliances do you repair?

Bosch dishwashers and Bosch refrigerators, across the Denver Metro Area. Countertop microwaves and induction cooktops are outside what we service, and we say so before booking.

What is the error code on my Bosch refrigerator?

There probably is not one. Bosch publishes three refrigeration entries in total, and both numbered ones are ice and water faults. A cooling failure produces no code of its own, so a fridge code you found online came from elsewhere.

My Bosch dishwasher is not drying. Does the series matter?

It decides the answer. CrystalDry belongs to the 800 Series and Benchmark, the 500 Series uses AutoAir or PureDry, and everything below runs PureDry. The model number on the inner door edge settles which one you have.

Do you repair Bosch wine or under counter refrigeration?

Bosch US builds neither, so a unit like that in your kitchen carries another badge. Send us the model number and we will tell you whose it is.

Is a Bosch worth repairing?

Usually, and Bosch’s own parts policy is the reason. Its manuals commit to spare parts for up to fifteen years from the date the appliance was placed on the market. We publish no lifespan figure, because Bosch does not.

Should I book the dishwasher and the refrigerator together?

Send both model numbers on one booking and we will plan the work from them. The two machines take different parts, so the model numbers decide what we bring.

Which Denver Metro areas do you cover?

The whole metro, from the city out through the surrounding suburbs. Coverage for the city itself sits on our appliance repair in Denver page.

Dishwasher, Refrigerator or Freezer?

Three machines, and on Bosch the ice hardware sits in a different one than most people expect. Tell us the model number.
