Five kinds of Electrolux machine share this branch: refrigerators, the column freezer, ice makers, wine storage and dishwashers. Each has its own page with us. The plate’s model number decides which one fits, and it also decides the warranty terms.
Electrolux sells four refrigerators, one freezer, one wine cooler, one beverage center and two dishwashers under its own badge today. Our pages follow those machines, not the symptoms. Start with what stands in your kitchen.
One rule crosses two pages. An ice or ice dispenser fault goes to the ice maker page, even though the ice maker sits inside a refrigerator or the column freezer.
A few Electrolux machines are easy to mistake for one another. The plate settles each case below.
Both the EI33AR80W and EI33AF80W are 19 cubic foot single-door columns. Installed side by side, each is still its own machine, with its own page.
The French door models are counter-depth, with the freezer below. The EI33AR80W has a single door and no ice maker of its own. Both types share one page with us.
Both share one cabinet size and one page. The wine cooler holds 41 bottles on wood shelves. The beverage center holds cans on glass shelves at 36 to 50 degrees.
Electrolux’s current ice makers sit inside the French door models and the column freezer. The 15-inch ICON under-counter machines, E15IM60GSS and E15IM60GPS, are discontinued.
Some Electrolux kitchen paperwork carries the Frigidaire name, so go by the badge on the machine. A Frigidaire or Frigidaire Professional badge belongs on our Frigidaire page; a Gallery badge goes to our Frigidaire Gallery page.
Some kitchen machines are simply not current under the Electrolux badge. Today’s Electrolux catalog lists no compact, top-freezer or side-by-side refrigerator, no chest or upright freezer, and no drawer, portable or 18-inch dishwasher. If yours is one, check the badge again.
Electrolux Professional commercial kitchen machines are not covered here.
Each Electrolux guide on this branch prints its own term, its own covered parts and its own start date. Each covers defects in materials or workmanship, as long as the machine was installed, used and maintained the way its guide directs. While any Electrolux coverage runs, Electrolux’s warranty service takes a covered defect; outside that coverage, the repair is ours.
Electrolux’s product listings add a second year of parts for owners who register within 60 days. The listings for the French door models, the wine cooler, the beverage center and the dishwashers carry it. None of those printed guides mentions it.
Every guide here excludes a machine whose serial plate is removed or unreadable. It also excludes a call that only corrects the installation or explains how to use the machine.
One year from delivery in all three guides. The ERFG2393A and ERMC2295A guides add years two to five on the sealed system and cabinet liner; the ERFC2393A warranty page shows no such clause.
Two years from delivery on the EI33AR80W and EI33AF80W. Years three to five then cover the sealed system and cabinet liner.
No guide gives the ice maker its own term. It takes the term of the refrigerator or freezer around it. The longer sealed-system term does not list it.
A year from the original purchase date, then years two to five on the sealed system and cabinet liner.
A year from the original delivery date in the EDSH4944C and EDSP4944C guide, with no longer term on the tub, racks or control.
A few checks come first. Read the model number off the plate, and find the receipt or delivery slip, because each warranty runs from one of those dates. An ERMC2295A owner should also compare the serial number with recall 22-143, which our ice maker page sets out.
Once those checks are done, the repair is ours anywhere in Denver Metro. Our insured technicians repair all five machines. They are EPA-608 certified for refrigerant work on the refrigerators, the wine cooler, the beverage center and the freezer.
We source parts through national supplier networks and manufacturer contracts. In my experience, the plate answers more than the symptom does: it names the machine, the guide and the warranty.
With the model number in hand, book a repair online and name the machine.
Are the Electrolux column refrigerator and freezer one appliance?
No. The EI33AR80W refrigerator and the EI33AF80W freezer are two machines with separate warranties and separate pages.
The pair installed side by side is covered on our Electrolux freezer page.
Is any current Electrolux kitchen machine under recall?
One model has recalled units. CPSC recall 22-143 covers ERMC2295AS refrigerators with serials 1K91272383 through 1K21374610. Their ice level detector arm can break into pieces and fall into the ice bucket, a choking hazard.
CPSC says to stop using that ice maker and empty the bucket. Our ice maker page gives the rest of CPSC’s instructions. CPSC’s database shows no recall on the other current Electrolux kitchen models.
Which page covers the ice maker inside my refrigerator?
Our Electrolux ice maker page, whichever machine holds it. It takes the ice systems in the French door models and in the column freezer; a cooling fault stays on the refrigerator or freezer page.
Is the Electrolux beverage center on the wine cooler page?
Yes. The EI24BC15V beverage center and the EI24WC15V wine cooler share one cabinet size, one owner’s guide and one page with us.
Do I need the receipt for an Electrolux kitchen warranty claim?
Keep it. Electrolux’s dishwasher guide asks for a receipt, delivery slip or other payment record to establish the warranty period.
The terms on this branch run from purchase or from delivery, depending on the guide, so the date on that paper matters.
Tell us which machine it is and the model number from its plate. That number sets the warranty and tells our technician where to start.
