Electrolux Repair in Denver Metro Starts With the Badge, Plate and Date
The badge, the model and serial numbers, and the purchase or delivery date come before any part. While any Electrolux coverage runs, a covered defect goes through Electrolux’s warranty service. Outside it, including work the warranty leaves out, our Electrolux repair service takes the job.
The Badge Decides, Not the Manual
Several Electrolux manuals and installation sheets also cover Frigidaire models. So the badge on the machine, not the paperwork, tells you which brand you own.
Machines badged Frigidaire go to our Frigidaire page, Professional models included. Gallery models have their own Frigidaire Gallery page. Electrolux sells no top-load washer, side-by-side or top-freezer refrigerator, or slide-in range today, so check the badge on those.
Electrolux ICON appliances are discontinued, and we still repair them, except any unit under a recall. We do not service Electrolux Professional commercial equipment.
Finding the Serial Plate on Each Electrolux Machine
Electrolux’s guides warn against removing the serial plate, and its warranty excludes a machine whose serial number is removed or unreadable. Photograph it before you book. One wrong digit can change the series.

Check the Warranty Term Before You Pay Anyone
Inside the term, Electrolux appliance service is booked with the manufacturer, serial number and receipt in hand. Each guide’s term covers defects in materials or workmanship, provided the machine was installed, used and maintained as the guide directs.
The start date varies by guide: purchase in some, delivery in others. Keep the delivery slip with the receipt.
- Most machines: one year in the owner’s guide, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, wall ovens, hoods and the built-in microwave included.
- Refrigeration: one year on the French door, wine and beverage units, two years on the column refrigerator and freezer. Most of these guides add sealed-system and cabinet-liner parts to year five.
- Laundry: most washer and dryer guides add a second year on parts. Electrolux’s listings also show a 10-year motor and lifetime tub on full-size and Laundry Tower washers; guides that print them exclude labor.
Warranty Exclusions and Electrolux Recalls
Electrolux’s guides exclude commercial use and calls that correct the installation or explain how to use the machine. Most also exclude calls for light bulbs, air or water filters, other consumables and knobs, and the cost of making a machine accessible. Those Electrolux appliance repairs are paid work, and we take them even inside the term.
CPSC recall 22-143 covers ERMC2295AS French door units with serials 1K91272383 through 1K21374610. Their ice level detector arm can break into pieces and fall into the ice bucket, a choking hazard. CPSC says to stop using that ice maker, empty the bucket and contact Electrolux, which replaces the ice maker under the recall.
Units of the retired Electrolux ICON radiant cooktops E30EC65ESS and E36EC65ESS are under CPSC recall 11-016, a fire and burn hazard. Their serial range is on our Electrolux cooktop page. If you cannot rule yours out, stop using it and discard it, as CPSC instructs: the remedy is no longer available.
Units of the discontinued ICON gas range E30GF74HPS are under recall 10-048, because the oven can release carbon monoxide. CPSC says to stop using that oven and contact Electrolux for a free repair; our Electrolux oven page gives the serials. We do not repair a recalled unit.
Electrolux Refrigeration, Ice and Dishwashers

Electrolux sells two 24-inch built-in dishwashers that differ only in the handle. One that stops mid-cycle, leaves water in the tub or shows a code goes to our Electrolux dishwasher page. Electrolux kitchen appliances sorts all five by model number.
Ranges, Ovens, Cooktops and Hoods
