Insured Samsung Repair in Denver Metro: Kitchen Appliances

Samsung Kitchen Appliance Repair in Denver Metro

Samsung’s kitchen line comes down to four machines in a Denver Metro home. The refrigerator, the ice maker built inside it, the dishwasher, and the standalone freezer. Each has its own page under this one, and this page points you at the right one.

Insured, certified technicians and a 100-day labor warranty on every repair. We diagnose first and quote second, and you decide before any part is ordered.

What Samsung Actually Sells for a Kitchen

Samsung is a very large refrigerator company and a fairly large dishwasher company, and almost nothing else in a kitchen. Its US catalogue runs to at least 77 refrigerator product pages and at least 21 dishwashers.

Every count on this page is a floor rather than a total. Samsung’s own listing grids load by script and never show the full set at once.

The refrigerators split by cabinet, and the two letters in front of the model number are the family. RF is French door and the largest by a distance, RS is side by side, RT is top freezer, and RZ is the one-door upright. The newer RM prefix is a French door cabinet on a different platform, which is the trap this brand sets most often.

The gaps matter more than the counts, because they decide whether a machine in your kitchen is a Samsung problem at all.

  • No standalone ice maker

Zero product pages in the United States. Every Samsung ice maker is a subsystem inside a refrigerator.

  • No chest freezer, no column

The standalone freezer line is two one-door cabinets, and Samsung lists no freezer column today.

  • No bottom-freezer-only cabinet

And no kimchi refrigerator in the US line, so a bottom-mount unit in your kitchen is another brand.

  • No wine cooler any more

The RW51TS338SR has been withdrawn. We still service the ones already installed in Denver Metro homes.

That last one still gets calls, and the machine does not stop existing because the catalogue moved on. Wine cabinets of any brand are covered on our wine cooler repair page.

The Four Pages Under This One

Each page below covers one machine or one subsystem, and each names the model families it takes on. If you are between two of them, pick the closest and tell us the model number when you book.

Samsung refrigerator repair. Cooling, the sealed system, the defrost circuit, the doors and their seals, and the cabinet itself. It is the busiest page in this category and it covers every RF, RM, RS, RT and RZ cabinet. Start at Samsung refrigerator repair.

Samsung ice maker repair. The ice room, the auger, the fill tube, the bucket and the water path feeding them. Frost across the ice room is the signature failure on this brand, and clearing the ice alone is not a repair. That work sits on Samsung ice maker repair.

Samsung dishwasher repair. Draining, heating, leak codes and the door behaviours that are not faults at all. Samsung runs at least four control platforms here, and two machines that look identical at the door print different codes. Covered on Samsung dishwasher repair.

Samsung freezer repair. The standalone one-door cabinet, not the freezer compartment of a refrigerator. It is a small line and the units are usually well out of warranty by the time they fail. Covered on Samsung freezer repair.

The wider brand, laundry and cooking included, sits on the Samsung appliance repair hub.

Refrigerator or Ice Maker: One Machine, Two Pages

This is the question readers actually arrive with, and on this brand it is a fair one. Samsung sells no standalone ice maker anywhere in the United States, so both pages describe the same cabinet in your kitchen.

The line between them is the subsystem, not the appliance. It holds up because the two sets of parts fail for different reasons and get diagnosed in different ways.

Which page owns which part
Refrigerator repair coversIce maker repair covers
Cooling, the sealed system and the compressorThe icemaker assembly and the ice room around it
The defrost circuit and evaporator frostThe auger and the auger motor
The control board as it affects temperatureThe water inlet valve, fill tube and water line
Door seals, the damper and the thermistorThe bucket, its gasket, the dispenser flap and chute
The freezer compartment as a cold spaceThe ice route and the filter feeding the maker

One question settles it in a few seconds. If the cabinet is still holding temperature and only the ice has stopped, you want the ice maker page. If the food is going soft, or the back wall is icing over, it is a cooling fault and it belongs to the refrigerator page.

Booking the wrong one of the two is not a problem, because we sort it out on the call. What matters is that the cabinet gets diagnosed as one machine.

If you would rather work the symptom first, two guides already do that. Our Samsung fridge not making ice guide and our Samsung refrigerator not cooling guide walk the checks first.

Which Freezer You Mean Decides the Page

The word freezer does two jobs in a Samsung kitchen, and they route differently. Almost every call we take about a freezer is really about the freezer compartment of a refrigerator, and that is the refrigerator page.

The standalone cabinet is a different machine and a much smaller line. Samsung files its one-door uprights under refrigerators rather than freezers, which is why the RZ prefix turns up in the refrigerator family list above. Those cabinets are convertible, so the same box can be set to run at fridge temperatures instead.

The mode does not change the routing. A standalone one-door cabinet is the freezer page whichever way it is set, and a compartment inside a larger refrigerator never is.

We have seen these cabinets far more often in a garage or a basement than in a kitchen. That is normal across Denver Metro and worth saying when you book, because access and ambient temperature both change the visit.

What This Category Does Not Cover

Two kinds of kitchen machine sit outside this page, and it is cheaper to say so here than after a booking.

  • Ovens, ranges and cooktops. They are kitchen appliances and they are a separate category, on Samsung cooking appliances.
  • Induction. We do not service induction cooktops or induction ranges, and a Samsung range with an induction top is outside what we take on.
  • Microwaves. Over-the-range and countertop units are outside our program, and Samsung sells no standalone built-in or drawer microwave in the US anyway.
  • Laundry. Washers and dryers are their own category and reach us through the Samsung hub.

Everything else in the room is ours, on this brand and on every other.

When to Call Wilson & Myers

Four checks take no tools and occasionally end the problem before it becomes a booking. They are worth the five minutes.

  • Read the display. Write down any code exactly as it appears, before you clear it or cycle the power.
  • Check the door. Run a hand along the seal for a rip or a gap, and confirm the shelves and racks are seated.
  • Check the water side. On anything that makes ice or washes dishes, look at the supply valve and the filter first.
  • Find the model number. Samsung puts it inside the cabinet on a refrigerator, and on the door rim of a dishwasher.

Call us when a code comes straight back after a full power cycle. Call us when the fault returns within a day of clearing it. Call us before anyone pulls a counter-depth refrigerator or an under-counter dishwasher out of its cabinetry.

Book online and give us the model number and the display reading. That pair decides more about the visit than any description of the symptom.

Samsung Kitchen Repair Across Denver Metro

We take Samsung kitchen appliance repair calls throughout the metro, and most of them are the refrigerator or the dishwasher. Technicians reach Denver, Aurora, Lakewood and Highlands Ranch, along with the rest of Denver Metro.

The same work on any other brand runs through our refrigerator repair, freezer repair, ice maker repair and dishwasher repair service pages.

Homeowners cross-shopping the two Korean platforms usually ask about LG as well, and Bosch is the step up they compare a dishwasher against. Every repair carries a 100-day labor warranty, and we source Samsung parts through national supplier networks and manufacturer contracts.

Samsung Kitchen Appliance Questions

Which of the four pages do I need?

Start from the machine rather than the symptom. A refrigerator that is not cold is the refrigerator page. Ice that has stopped in a cold cabinet is the ice maker page, and a standalone upright is the freezer page. Book the closest one and we will sort it out on the call.

Does Samsung make a standalone ice maker?

Not in the United States. Every Samsung ice maker is built inside a refrigerator. That is why the ice maker page and the refrigerator page describe one cabinet from two angles.

My freezer is the bottom of my refrigerator. Is that the freezer page?

No. A freezer compartment inside a larger cabinet is the refrigerator page. The freezer page covers the standalone one-door upright that Samsung sells on its own.

Do you still service a Samsung wine cooler?

Yes. Samsung has withdrawn its wine cooler from the catalogue. The units already in Denver Metro homes are still serviceable, so that work sits on our wine cooler repair page.

Do you cover Samsung ovens, ranges and cooktops?

Ovens and ranges yes, on the Samsung cooking appliances category. Induction cooktops and induction ranges are the exception and we do not take them on.

Do you repair Samsung kitchen appliances in Denver?

We cover Denver and the surrounding suburbs for Samsung refrigerator repair, dishwasher repair, ice maker work and standalone freezers. Have the model number ready when you book.

Samsung Fridge, Ice Maker or Dishwasher Down?

Tell us the model number and whatever the display is showing. We diagnose first and quote second, you decide before any part is ordered, and every repair carries a 100-day labor warranty.
