Samsung builds cooking appliances in four shapes, and they are diagnosed differently, so this page sends you to the right one. Wilson & Myers services Samsung ovens, ranges, cooktops and hoods across Denver Metro. Our technicians are insured, and we diagnose first and quote second, so you decide before any part is ordered.
Two appliance pages sit beneath this category. Each covers a machine rather than a symptom, so pick by the box in your kitchen. We have seen a combination wall oven booked as a microwave repair, which is the mix-up this page exists to prevent.
Samsung oven repair takes the built-in wall oven, in single, double and combination form. That is the page for a C code on a cabinet oven, a door that locked itself, or steam functions that stopped.
Samsung range and stove repair takes the freestanding and slide-in machines, in gas, electric and dual fuel. That is the page for a burner that clicks without lighting, a cavity that drifts off temperature, or the 2024 slide-in recall.
| What you have | Machine | Page |
|---|---|---|
| An oven built into a cabinet, with no cooktop on it | Wall oven | Samsung oven repair |
| An oven with a microwave cavity above it in the same cabinet | Combination wall oven | Samsung oven repair |
| A cooker with a cooktop on top and the controls at the back | Freestanding range | Samsung range and stove repair |
| A cooker with the knobs on the front and no backguard behind | Slide-in range | Samsung range and stove repair |
| Gas burners on top of an electric oven cavity | Dual fuel range | Samsung range and stove repair |
Samsung’s US cooking catalogue is wider than most homeowners expect, and the shape decides the visit. The current line runs to at least 50 ranges inside what we service, plus at least nine wall oven families across 21 SKUs.
Every current Samsung wall oven is electric and 30 inches wide, so on that half the cavity count is what changes the job. Ranges split three ways by fuel and two ways by body, which is a far wider spread of parts and access routes.
Two parts of the Samsung cooking catalogue sit outside our program. It is better to read that here than to hear it on your doorstep.
Induction is out, the cooktops and the ranges alike. That is a clean exclusion rather than a split, so we do not take the oven half of an induction range either. The four Bespoke induction ranges and every induction cooktop are simply not our subject.
Microwaves are out as well, over the range and countertop models alike. The one exception is the NQ70, which is a wall oven with a microwave cavity built into it. That machine is booked as a wall oven and covered on the Samsung wall oven page.
A cooktop dropped into a counter is not a range, and on this brand it does not earn a page of its own. Demand for the branded term is small, so the work routes to our generic page instead.
At least twelve standalone Samsung cooktops sit inside what we service, six gas and six electric radiant. The model and serial sticker sits underneath the unit and becomes unreachable once it is installed, so photograph it before the cooktop goes in.
Full detail lives on our cooktop repair page, which covers every brand we handle. If the cooktop is the top half of a range rather than its own appliance, the Samsung range page takes it.
Samsung publishes at least nine hood models in the US, and almost nobody searches for hood repair by brand. So hoods are handled here rather than on a page of their own.
Hood faults make their own small category. A fan that will not run, a light that stays dark, or a control panel that has stopped answering.
Those go to our range hood repair page. A hood over a Samsung range is a separate appliance on its own power feed. Tell us if both are misbehaving and we will look at the pair.
Some of this you can settle without booking anyone, and we would rather you did. These guides walk the free checks in order, and they apply to a Samsung machine as much as any other.
If a gas burner clicks and never catches, read our guide to a gas stove clicking but not lighting. When the oven is the half that will not light, start with a gas oven that will not light.
For an electric cavity, read our guides on an oven not heating up and an oven that will not turn on. Both cover the owner-side checks end to end. Those guides own the symptom, and the two pages above own the visit.
Four checks take a few minutes and no tools, and each one ends a call we are regularly booked for.
Past that point the line is clean. Four situations belong to us rather than to you.
Our technicians are insured, and we price the work after we know the fault. You can book a Samsung cooking appliance visit online, and tell us the model number and what the display is doing.
These five come up on almost every Samsung cooking call we take across Denver Metro.
That is a range, so the Samsung range and stove page takes it. A wall oven carries no cooktop and sits in a cabinet, either at eye level or under a counter.
Neither one. Induction is outside what we service, and that includes the oven half of an induction range. We would rather say so now than send a technician who cannot finish the job.
Not the over the range or countertop models. The NQ70 combination unit is the exception, because it is a wall oven with a microwave cavity in the same cabinet.
Yes, and it books through our range hood repair page rather than a Samsung one. The hood runs on its own power feed, so a dead hood above a working range is usually its own fault.
Only slide-in electric models are on that list, and the remedy is a knob safety part rather than an internal repair. The Samsung range and stove page carries the full record.
Samsung cooking is among the units we are called to most in Denver Metro homes. Routes from here go four ways.
Built-in wall ovens, single, double and the NQ70 combination unit
Freestanding, slide-in and dual fuel machines, in gas and electric
Every Samsung appliance we service, gathered in one place
LG is the comparison Denver homeowners make, Bosch the step up
The general oven repair, wall oven repair and range and stove repair pages cover every brand we handle. The Samsung brand hub lists the rest of the line, alongside LG and the step up to Bosch.
We take Samsung cooking calls in Denver, Aurora, Arvada and Lakewood, and across the rest of Denver Metro Area. Every repair carries a 100-day labor warranty, and we source Samsung parts through national supplier networks and manufacturer contracts.
Tell us the model number and whatever the display is showing. That might be a C code on a wall oven, or a burner that clicks and never lights. We diagnose first and quote second, and every repair carries a 100-day labor warranty.

We service Samsung built-in wall ovens, single, double and the NQ70 combination unit, plus freestanding, slide-in and dual fuel ranges in gas and electric. Standalone cooktops and range hoods are covered through our general service pages, because neither earns a Samsung page of its own on this brand. Induction cooktops and induction ranges sit outside what we service, as do over the range and countertop microwaves. We diagnose first and quote second, so you decide before any part is ordered.
